Our tentative Schedule for 2019 is posted on the:  “Current Communications page.”

(OVER)  2018 Fall Post Workouts:  “THE LOST ART OF LOW POST PLAY Clinics!”

Sundays from 5 – 6:30 PM at Prairie HS Starting on September 30, through October 28, 2018.

Back to the Basket Low Post play, and High Post fundamentals: Footwork, Hands, Attack Moves, finishing, Defense on the  LP, and HP Attack Skills. An information session about how tobe successful in the Low Post, taught by Coach Aldridge, with proven success in teaching these types of players and skills.  Clark Counties Top  Post players ( MVP’S in the past 10 years have been his students.)

Still one of the easiest position players to help get recruited are the back to the basket kids, becasue there are so few of them.

2019 Spring & Summer Schedule Practices & Travel

Our clinics are open to all HS Girls basketball players, that have above average skills for their age. As these will include our top team kids, we need to make sure everyone can do the drills and particiapte and compete.  Our clinics are strongly suggested for our returning club players!  They are all being held at Prairie HS. There is no charge for club members. All others pay $35 per session. Ashley Corral is doing our Spring training March through May,  2 to 3 times a week.  The fee is included in our fee schedule. Ashley and I  will be doing some clinics and training sessions in the Seattle area. Dates TBA.

Saturday, March 16, Noon – 5:00 pm Clinic/Practice (housing on your own for Out of town players)

Sunday March 17  Noon to 4 pm Clinic/Practice Possible in Seattle Area

Wednesday, March 27,  5 pm to 9 pm Position work TBA  6 – 8:30 pm

Saturday, April 13,  11:00 AM  – 5 pm Clinic/Practice 

Sunday, April 14   11:00 am – 4 pm Practice (tournament prep) Possible in Seattle Area

Saturday, April 20, 11:00 am – 5:00 PM Practice (tournament prep)

Thursday, April 25  6:00 pm – 9:00 pm Practice (tournament prep)

Fri-Sat/Sun, April 26 – 28,  EOT Viewing Tournament ( NCAA Viewing) Walnut Creek, CA ( Cascades only) SWA from PDX to Oak #1840 Departs 8:00am arrives 9:50 am. Seattle players must travel from Portand (and pick up in Portland)  Return from Oak on SWA to PDX Flight # 5129 departs Oakland at 9:45 PM arrives in Portland 11:25 PM.. (Working on return to Seattle as an alternative)

April 26- 28 Reign TBA Probably EOT Seattle/Auburn area.

Seattle Passengers, depart Orange county SWA # 1017 at 7:55 PM  on SW flight#2255 ( SJC connection) arriving in Seattle at 12:50 AM on 7/27/19.

Release to families, end of tour

Seattle Passengers  will received return ticket information via email from Southwest Airlines.


 CLINIC DIRECTIONS TO PRAIRIE HS:

Directions to Prairie HS…From the North: From I-5,  take the 205 South. The second exit will be Padden Parkway. Exit 32.( Its about 2 miles down 205.) Exit and turn left at the light. Travel East on Padden to the 3rd light. ( NE 117th Ave.) Turn left and travel about 2 miles North to NE 119th St. ( Shell on the corner and Winco shopping center across and left at that intersection.)  Turn left on NE 119th and go 1 block to first light. Turn left into Prairie HS. Take a left turn at the first parking lot and go around the first building. The gym is located on your right.
From the South take 205 North and the Padden Exit East. (Exit 32 also)  (Stay to the right on the off ramp & stay to the right) follow Padden Parkway to NE 117th (2nd light) turn left to the school 2 miles on left.

Go past the school to the next intersection (NE 119th Ave.)  (Shell Station on corner) Turn left; travel 1 block to first light. Turn left into school. The gym is located directly ahead as you enter the parking lot, but follow the driveway to the left and then to the right to get to the front and the gym doors.
